摘要
研究表明,DSA钢中的碳化物有5种类型,即M6C、M3C、M23C6、M7C3及MC(VC).820℃退火碳化物平均尺寸为0.91μm,860℃淬火剩余碳化物平均尺寸为0.23μm.淬火硬度HRC65~66,180~300℃回火硬度HRC59~62.该钢是一种多类型碳化物冷作模具钢,易溶解的碳化物可提高较低淬火温度时的奥氏体固溶度,提高淬火硬度.未溶解的碳化物可阻碍奥氏体晶粒长大,使淬火温度加宽.回火时析出不同类型碳化物可提高抗回火性.
As our past research indicates there are five types of carbides in DSA steels which are M_6CM_3CM_(23)C_6M_7C_3 and MC (VC) respectively,the experimental phenomena show this time when the average size of annealed carbides of DSA steel at 820℃ is 0.9 μm and the average size of residual carbides after quenched at 860℃ is 0.23 μm separately. Furthermore, the quenching hardness of the steel is HRC65~66 and tempering hardness is 59~62 at 180℃~300℃. Therefore, our conclusions make it clear as follows: Firstly, the DSA steel is a kind of cold-worked die steel with multi-type carbides, secondly, the austenitic solid-solubility can be increased at lower quenching temperature because M_3C and M_(23)C_6 can be dissolved easily, thus high quenching hardness can be gained, thirdly, the range of quenching temperature becomes much wider since the residual carbides-M_6C and MC (VC) can prevent the coarsening of austenitic grains effectively, in the end, the good temper-resistance is obtained mainly due to separating out different type of carbides in the process of tempering.
