摘要
采用炉前加入1#稀土硅铁合金、Ti-Fe、V-Fe、Nb-Fe对铸造多元高合金冷作模具钢进行变质处理,细化了晶粒,使连续网状碳化物断网。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及显微硬度等分析手段,详细阐述了该钢的微观成分、组织及性能特点。此种冷作模具钢还具有淬火冷却速度低、热应力小、变形开裂倾向小等特点。通过磨损试验对比,此钢的耐磨性略高于传统的高速钢W18Cr4V。
By adopting the 1#RE-Si-Fe,Ti-Fe,V-Fe,Nb-Fe,the high carbon and high alloy coldworking mould steel is modified. The results show that the carbide of consecutive reticulation is cut and the crystal is diminished. The characteristic of microstructure and capability of cold work die were expatiated by using metallographic, SEM,EDS and hardness analysis instrument. The characteristics else show that the cooling rate of quenches is low, the hot stress is light, out of shape is small, the crackle is inclined to small. After the wearable experiment, it indicated that the wear ability of this steel is better than that of typical high-speed steel W18Cr4V.
