摘要
在离心机复合试验环境系统中,下位机(MCS-51单片机)完成温度、转速、振动等测控对象的数据采集与直接控制,而上位机(PC机)进行数据处理并发出控制指令。本文介绍了通过RS-485总线实现上位机与下位机的多机远程通讯,实现对复合试验环境的控制、测试及分析。
In combined experiment environment system of centrifuge,MCS-51 single-chip computer accomplish data acquisition and direct-controlling of temperature,rotate speed,vibration etc,microcomputer accomplish data processing and give instruction.This paper introduces how to use RS-485 bus for multicomputer communication between microcomputer and single-chip computer,to control,test,analyze the combined experimental environment on the centrifuge.
