摘要
研究了按原有螺旋线进行的螺纹数控加工,针对此类加工提出了一种利用校正的零位脉冲信号来控制螺纹加工的方法,并给出了一个基于8031单片机的校正系统.该系统可实时地对零位脉冲信号进行动态校正,利用校正后的零位脉冲信号进行控制可较好地解决原有螺旋线基础上的螺纹数控加工.
The NC processing of screw thread cut along a spiral already available on the workpiece is investigated, and a method for controlling screw thread processing with adjustable zero position pulse is proposed. Then a correction and compensation device is introduced,which is based on the use of monolithic computer. This device can be used to adjust the zero position pulse dynamically.
