摘要
给出了一种自动分度的多头螺纹数控车削的周向分度法。与轴向分度法相比 ,它可以避免螺纹分度时刀具与顶尖或轴肩之间出现的碰撞事故。
A circular dividing method of multiple thread was given in CNC lathe.Comparing with axial dividing,a collision between thread-cutting tool and lathe center of workpiece shoulder during dividing of multiple thread can be avoided. The circular dividing is automatically performed.
