摘要
为适应数控系统高精度、高速度和高可靠性的发展趋势,本文设计了一种基于8位高速SoC单片机的数控系统,该系统采用的是双C8051F022单片机进行前后台控制的框架结构,为了解决资源共享的问题此系统还采用了双MCU共用存储器技术。最后简单介绍了交互M CU和插补MCU的硬件框图。
In order to meet such trends that numerical control systems all towards high-accuracy, high-speed and high-dependability, etc., a system of numerical control that based on a high-speed SOC micro-computers has been designed in this text. The one adopts the frame that the platform of the front and back of one pair of C8051F022 micro-computers controls. In order to solve the problem of resource-sharing, the system adopts the innovative technology that pairs of MCU share the memory. This text has also introduced hardware block of the alternating MCU and interpolation MCU briefly.
