摘要
针对数控车床修复加工石油钻杆锥螺纹遇到的对刀问题 ,提出了利用零位信号控制外部指示灯进行手工螺纹对刀 ,实现旧螺纹修复加工 ,简单易行 。
In accordance with the issue of presetting cutter in repairing conical thread of rod used oil driller in NC lathe,in this article,the method that uses zero's signal to control external indicator lamp during manual presetting cutter of thread's repair is put forward.Through practice,it can fulfil repairing old thread and be feasible,simple and effectiveness.
