摘要
概述了高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验的研究现状及意义 ,讨论了此类复合环境试验系统研制过程中遇到的离心机的设计、试验箱温度变化率和均匀度、离心力场下电动振动台电枢偏离等技术问题 ,并对部分内容作了理论分析和相应的试验研究 。
In this paper, the present status and the purpose of study on thermal-vibration combined environment under high linear acceleration are introduced. The technical matters about the design of centrifugal machine, the high temperature change rate and evenness degree of proof box and the armature deflection of electric vibrator under centrifugal force field are discussed, which appear in the trituration of thermal-vibration combined environment system under high linear acceleration, and corresponding theoretical analysis and experimental investigation are proceeded. Finally, the responding processing method is presented.
