摘要
介绍了采用挤出成型工艺制备 Al_2O_3陶瓷膜支撑体的方法。详细讨论了原料粒径、粘结剂量、烧结温度等因素对支撑体的影响。并用扫描电镜分析了样品的微观结构、用 X 射线衍射对支撑体的晶相进行了分析。结果表明所得的支撑体孔隙率在40%以上,抗压强度大于93MPa,平均孔径可在3~8μm间调节。
The preparation method of alumina support for ceramic membrane by extruding technique is de- scribed in this paper.The effect of particle diameter of raw material,the binder content and sintering temperature on the support is discussed in detail.The microstructure and crystalline phase of support were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,respectively.The result shows that the porosity and compressive strength is above 40% and 93MPa,and the mean pore diameter of support be adjusted from 3 to 8μm.
