摘要
三仲丁醇铝经水解、胶溶制备 Boehmite(γ-AlOOH)溶胶,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出孔径为2.6nm 的γ-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜.热重分析表明 Boehmite 凝胶膜在230℃开始失水转化为γ-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜.用浸渍-干燥-焙烧的方法经 Boehmite 凝胶膜制得多孔陶瓷载体(孔径为0.12μm)担载的γ-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜.气体在这种膜上的扩散遵循努森扩散机制.
The Boehmite(γ-Al_2O_3)sol was prepared from hydrolysis and peptization of aluminiumtri-sec-butoxide.Non-supported γ-Al_2O_3 membrane,poresize is 2.6nm,was prepared by sol-gelmethod.GTA investigation showed that dehydration of the Boehmite gel membrane began at230 ℃ to transform into γ-Al_2O_3 ceramic membrane.γ-Al_2O_3 ceranic membrane supportedon a porous ceramic(pore size=0.12μm) was prepared by dipping-drying-firing procedure viaBoehmite membrane.Gas permeability through the γ-Al_2O_3 membrane was well explained byKnudsen flow.
