摘要
结晶三氯化铝经溶解、水解、胶溶制备了Boehmite(γ-AlOOH)溶胶,然后在石英玻璃上制备出表面光滑、平整、颗粒大小均匀的γ-Al2O3薄膜。DTA分析表明:Boehmite凝胶膜在258.7℃开始失水而转化为γ-Al2O3薄膜。
The boehmite (γ-AIOOH) sol was first prepared from hydrolysis and peptization of AlCl3·6H2O. Then, the non-supported γ-Al2O3 membrane with smooth and uniform surface was obtained on silica glass. DTA analysis shows that dehydration of the boehmite gel membrane began to transform into γ-Al2O3 membrane at 258.70℃.
