摘要
研究了α-Al2O3多孔陶瓷的性能与起始粉的粒径、成孔剂的用量等因素的关系,取得了一些规律性的认识.开发了以有机聚合物先驱物挤压成型工艺.成功地制备出具有实用价值的单通道和多通道的管状支撑体陶瓷膜.研究了烧成制度对性能的影响.测定了管膜的孔径分布、孔隙率。
Effects of the particle size of starting powders and the amounts of pore forming material on properties of α Al 2O 3 porous ceramics were studied. The extrusion processing for organic polymer precursor was developed. The practicable single and multi channel tube membranes were prepared successfully, and the sintering condition of specimens was investigated. The pore size distribution, porosity, gas and pure water permeation flux were measured.
