摘要
为减少多孔衬底的缺陷对顶层膜层的影响,采用喷涂法在氧化铝衬底上制备了氧化铝微滤膜。研究了喷涂时间以及氧化铝悬浮液固含量等对微滤膜表面及其膜层厚度的影响。扫描电镜表征结果显示,悬浮液的固含量较高时,喷涂时间为5~20s,所得微滤膜层厚度为10μm,但膜表面均匀性较差。降低悬浮液的固含量,可改善膜表面的均匀性,所需喷涂时间较长。采用间隔喷涂的方法能有效避免膜层开裂。喷涂法所得微滤膜膜层并不依赖于多孔衬底的孔道结构,可减少衬底缺陷的影响,所得膜层与多孔衬底结合较好,适用于平板状微滤膜的制备。
To reduce the effect of the defects of porous substrate to the top film layer,the alumina microfiltration membrane was prepared on alumina substrate by spraying coating method.The effects of the spraying time and the solid content of the alumina suspension on the membrane surface and the thickness of the microfiltration membrane were discussed.The results of SEM show that the microfiltration membrane with the thickness of 10μ m can be obtained when the solid content of the suspension is high than 35wt%,the spraying time is 5-20s,but membrane surface uniformity is poor.Reduce the solid content of the suspending and extend the spraying time can improve the uniformity of the membrane surface.The interval spraying method can effectively avoid membrane layer cracking.The character of the microfiltration membrane prepared by spraying coating method does not dependent on the pore structure of the porous substrate.This method can reduce the influence of the substrate defects.The bonding between the membrane layer and the porous substrate is good,which is suit to prepare the flat microfiltration membrane.
