摘要
在前有工作基础上进一步研究了氧化铝微滤膜纯水通量影响因素及其提高方法,发现制膜液粘度对纯水通量有重要影响,提高制膜液粘度可提高膜纯水通量2~3倍.采用有机高分子溶液预涂载体可进一步提高纯水通量30%~40%.随烧结温度升高纯水通量先增后减.
The effects of preparation conditions on the pure water permeability (PWP) of the alumina microfiltration (MF) membranes were studied extensively.It is found that the viscosity of the slip has great influence on the PWP of the membranes.By using proper binder,the PWP of the membranes can be greatly improved.Support precoating method can increase the PWP 30%~40%.With the increase of sintering temperature the PWP increases first and decreases after a certain temperature.Alumina MF membranes with high PWP has been prepared and the properties are almost the same as those of the commercial membranes of some foreign companies.
