摘要
本文首先指出某种作物传入某国有几层意思。接着,用主要篇幅论述美洲三大 粮食作物玉米、土豆、甘薯的被“发现”、传播和在世界各地的扩展;肯定欧洲人 的传播之劳;认为它们在欧洲的传播一般经历了被收藏,在庭院试种供医药学家和 植物学家研究,被误会和歧视,逐步进入餐桌和食槽等几个时期。本文也考释美洲 粮食作物传入中国的路线、时间、方式和中国文献对它们的最初记载,厘清了一些 比较重要的问题,提出了一些新看法。本文最后总结出美洲粮食作物所具有的许多 优点,高度评价了美洲粮食作物的驯化、传播和进一步改良在人类历史上和世界范 围内的重大意义和影响。
At first, this paper points out that introduction of a crop into a country has several layers of mean ings.Nest,the paper expounds the discovery,spread and expansion of the three main American cereal crops maize,potato and sweet potato in the world with main space;It affirms the European services to spread; It deems that their spreads in Europe experienced generally several periods which are being collected,being planted experimentally in courtyards for study of pharmacologists and botanists;being mis- understood and discriminated against and entering into dining tables and troughs gradually.This paper also investigates the lines,times and means of introduction of the American grain crops into China and the first records of them in the Chinese historical documents.Thus it clarifies some important problems and proposes some new viewpoints.This paper sums up at last many strongpoints of the American grain crops and evaluates highly that the domestication ,spread and further improvement of the American cereal crops have great significance and affection in human history and worldwide.
