摘要
目的 :观察羟基喜树碱 ( HCPT)、喃呋啶 ( FT- 2 0 7)联合化疗治疗老年人大肠癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法 :36例老年人大肠癌患者接受 HCPT 1 0 mg静点第 1～ 1 0天 ,FT- 2 0 71 .0 g静点第 1～ 5天 ,联合化疗 ,每 2周为 1疗程。结果 :可评价治疗患者总缓解率 50 % ( 1 3/2 6) ,完全缓解率 ( CR) 1 9.2 % ( 5/2 6) ,部分缓解率 ( PR) 30 .8% ( 8/2 6)。可评价毒性患者 36例 ,白细胞减少发生率 30 .6% ( 1 1 /36) ,血红蛋白减少发生率2 2 .2 % ( 8/36) ,食欲下降、恶心、呕吐均在 42 .8% ( 1 8/36) ,未发现其他副作用。结论 :HCPT、FT- 2 0 7化疗方案治疗老年人大肠癌疗效较明显 ,能耐受 ,毒性小。
Objective:To observe the effects and side effects of HCPT and FT 207 on aged colorectal carcinoma.Methods:There were 36 cases of elder patients with colorectal carcinoma who received the combined chemotherapy:HCPT 10 mg iv drip 1 10 d;FT 207 1 0 g iv drip 1 5 d.Results:The total remission rate was 50%(13/26),complete remission rate 19 2%(5/26),part remission rate 30 8%(8/26).Among 36 cases who had remarkable side effects,the WBC decreasing rate was 30 6%(11/36),HGB decreasing rate 22 2%(8/36),feeling sick rate and losing appetite rate 42 8%(18/36).Other side effects were not found in this combined chemotherapy.Conclusions:HCPT and FT 207 have remarkable effects and little side effects on aged colorectal carcinoma,and the patients have a good tolerant ability.
