摘要
目的 观察羟基喜树碱、顺铂、四氢叶酸钙和 5 -氟尿嘧啶联合化疗对晚期胃癌的近期疗效与毒性反应。方法 4 1例晚期胃癌患者均采用以羟基喜树碱为主化疗方案治疗 3周期 ,评价疗效和毒性。结果 4 1例患者总有效率为 4 6 34% ,初治患者为 6 6 6 7% ,复治患者为 34 6 2 % ,二者在统计学上差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;主要毒性反应为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论 羟基喜树碱为主联合化疗方案对晚期胃癌疗效好 ,毒性低 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT),cisplatin,citrovorum factor and 5-fluorouracil in advanced gastric cancer. Methods 41 cases of gastric carcinoma were treated mainly with HCPT combined with other anti-cancer drugs.After 3 cycles of the treatment the efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results The overall effective rate of 41 cases was 46.34%.The cases receiving first treatment were 66.6%,the recurrent cases 34.62%,there's obvious differences(P<0.05). The main toxicity is Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree marrow inhibition and enterograstric reaction.Conclusion Combination chemotherapy with HCPT was a safe and effective chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer,and it had mild adverse reactions.
