摘要
我国教师教育经过百年的发展,正在经历整体转型,具体表现在学制调整、培养模式更新、课程体系重建和经费配置剧增等多个方面,呈现出"升级培优"、"补缺扶弱"、"锤炼教学实践能力"和"一体化发展"等发展趋势,兼具有教师教育标准化;教师管理及培训制度化、法制化等特征。
The centennial Chinese teacher education is undergoing global transformation in relation to school system, reconstruction of curricular systems and a rapidly increased budget. The trend is optimization, integration and competency orientations. In addition, the teacher education needs standardization, institutionalization and legalization.
