摘要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,电力企业人力资源绩效考核问题开始受到人们的重视。绩效考核作为现代企业制度下人力资源管理活动中的一项核心职能,是保障并促进企业内部管理机制有序运转、实现企业各项经营管理目标所必需的一种管理行为。强化绩效考核管理,明晰考核机制,对于企业来讲,其重要性和必要性日益显现。基于此,文章主要针对电力企业人力资源绩效考核的完善措施进行了探讨。
With the development of economy and society, the human resource performance appraisal problems of power compames began to receive attention.Performance appraisal as a core function of human resource management activities under the modern enterprise system is a necessary management activity to protect and promote the orderly operation of the internal management mechanism, and to achieve kinds of management objectives of enterprise.In enterprises,the importance and necessity of strengthening performance appraisal management and clearing assessment mechanism are increasingly apparent.Based on this, the measures aimed at improving human resource performance appraisal of power companies are discussed.
