摘要
文中通过实验研究了热管冷板在不同热流密度下的冷却性能。结果表明:当热流密度为16.7 W/cm2、29.6 W/cm2和46.3 W/cm2时,用热管冷板取代普通冷板能使热源的平均温度分别降低1.0℃、4.2℃和12.5℃,同一组件上不同热源的温度差异分别减小1.4℃、1.4℃和1.7℃。在未来高热流密度的雷达冷却场合,采用热管冷板取代现有的普通冷板,有望取得可观的冷却效果。
The cooling performance of heat pipe cold plate with different heat fluxes is studied by experiment in this paper. The result shows that using heat pipe cold plate instead of common cold plate can make the average temperature of the heat sources drop by 1.0 ℃, 4.2 ℃ and 12.5 ℃ respectively, and make the maximum temperature differences of different heat sources in the same module reduce by 1.4 ℃, 1.4 ℃ and 1.7 ℃ respec- tively when the heat fluxes are 16.7 W/em2, 29.6 W/cm2 and 46.3 W/cm2. The cooling performance will be improved a lot using heat pipe cold plate instead of common clod plate in the future radar thermal management.
