摘要
针对相控阵雷达冷却存在的问题,提出采用热管技术对其进行冷却,建立了某型雷达T/R组件热分析模型,基于有限体积法对T/R组件进行了自然冷却、液体冷却和热管冷却的仿真分析,仿真结果表明:热管冷却方法对于相控阵雷达T/R组件具有良好的冷却效果和综合性能。
Regarding to the problems in cooling the phased array radar, the heat- pipe technology was proposed to cool it. The thermal analysis model for the T/R subassembly of a type of radar was established. The simulation of natural cooling, liquid cooling and heat pipe cooling on T/R subassembly of phased radar performed based on the Finite Volume method. Results show that the heat - pipe has better cooling effect and comprehensive properties.
