摘要
叙述了大功率全固态发射机的优越性及设计难点,对固态发射机的功放组件及T/R组件设计过程中的一些关键技术问题进行了分析和总结,提出了降低成本、实现批量生产的实用有效方法。
In this paper, the advantages and design difficulties of all solid state high power transmitters are described. Some key technological problems in design of solid state amplifiers and T/R modules are analysed and summarized. Some practical methods are proposed to reduce the cost and meet the needs of large batch production.
