Calculation Method of a Fast Power Loss for IGBT Modules

摘要 针对目前PWM逆变器中广泛使用的IGBT,提出了一种快速损耗计算方法。该方法只需已知所使用的IGBT器件在额定状态下的特性参数,就可以快速估算各种条件下的功率损耗。该方法的计算结果与厂家提供的软件的计算结果误差在2%以内,满足工程需要。 For the IGBT modules widely used in the PWM inverter, a fast power losses calculation method is presented in this paper. If nominal characteristic parameter is given, the power loss of various conditions can fast obtained by using this method. The calculation shows that the relative error is less than 2% and can satisfy the engineering requirement.
