摘要
高职院校的养成教育应坚持"立德树人",应突出行为习惯、职业素质和心理素质、批判性思维和创新能力、思想道德和核心价值观的养成教育。通过发挥制度规范和约束作用、课堂教学主渠道作用、学生自我养成作用、社会实践强化刺激作用和体制机制保障作用等途径,提升养成教育的实际效果。
Cultivation education in higher vocational colleges should focus on "Lide Shuren" which means high moral values establishment and people cultivation and train the high-quality skilled talents. According to the particularities of cultivation education, emphasis should be put on behavior, professional and mental quality, critical thinking and innovative ability, morality and core value. The actual effect of cultivation education can be enhance by the system and norms, teaching plays the role of main channal, students educate themselves, social practice play the role of reinforcing and stimulus, system play the security role.
