摘要
液压缸的泄漏会引起系统控制特性恶化,达不到正常控制精度与运行速度,直接影响工程机械的正常工作性能和使用寿命。本文在分析液压缸泄露原因及诊断方法的基础上,设计了一套以PLC为控制器,融合量杯检测、流量计检测及光电传感器检测的三位一体式复合检测系统,实现对不同泄漏量的油缸检测。实验表明该系统测量过程简捷、快速,测量结果可靠性高。
Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage will cause deterioration of system control characteristics, which makes hydraulic cylinder not reach the normal control accuracy and speed of operation. In the paper, a detection system is designed based on the analysis of hydraulic cylinder leakage and diagnosis methods. The controller of the system is PLC. And at the same time, the detection system is also integrated flowmeter and photoelectric sensor. Experiment shows that the system is simple and the measurement results have high reliability.
