摘要
以轧机液压AGC系统液压缸为例, 提出了通过确定内泄漏与辊缝厚度以及液压缸位移之间的关系曲线, 初步确定液压缸内泄漏状态, 通过改变输入电压和设定不同辊缝并在空载情况下的仿真实验验证液压缸内泄漏状态。
Hydraulic AGC model was set up to study the internal leakage of hydraulic crock. According to the relative curve between internal leakage and string gap as well as the curve between internal leakage and displacement of hydraulic crock, the state of leakage was determined. The simulating tests, such as changing input voltage, roller gap and in no-loading rolling were done to validate the leakage state of hydraulic crock.
