摘要
针对飞机作动筒生产中的清洗和油封要求,应用液压与气动的相关理论,采用PLC及触摸屏构成的电气控制操作系统,设计了自动化程度较高的清洗油封一体化试验装置。这是一个液压与气动相结合的系统,利用活塞式蓄能器存储油封用液压油,通过对不同功能、型号作动筒的一次装夹,完成清洗、油封两道工序的复杂要求,并完成作动筒生产中要求的启动压力特性试验、低压力泄漏试验、耐压试验、内泄试验。试验结果表明:经过对作动筒多次往复的冲洗,生产、组装过程中的杂质得到有效清理,满足飞机对液压元件清洁度的要求。设备大大减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,结构紧凑,人机交互界面良好,功能完善,生产效率及自动化程度较高,具有一定的通用性。
Aiming at the requirements of cleaning and oil seal in the production of aircraft actuator,the integrated test device of cleaning oil seal with high degree of automation is designed by using the relevant theory of hydraulic and pneumatic,the electric control operating system composed of PLC and touch screen.This is a hydraulic and pneumatic combination of the system,the use of piston accumulator storage oil SEAL hydraulic oil,through the different functions,models of the barrel of a single clamping,to complete the cleaning,oil seal two processes of the complex requirements,and complete the production of the dynamic cylinder requirements of the start pressure characteristics test,low pressure leakage test,pressure test,internal leakage test.The test results show that the impurities in the process of production and assembly are effectively cleaned up after multiple reciprocating flushing of the actuator,which satisfies the requirements of the aircraft for the cleanliness of the hydraulic components.The equipment has greatly reduced the labor intensity of the operator,compact structure,good human-computer interaction interface,perfect function,high production efficiency and automation,with a certain degree of versatility.
