摘要
为避免弯管在弯管机弯制过程中出现的爬行现象而导致颤动及弯弧起皱现象,从系统自身出发,分析液压缸产生的爬行机理并计算出弯管机液压驱动系统的最大爬行临界速度,利用仿真技术分析不同参数对弯管机液压驱动系统的影响,并确定新的系统参数组来实现液压缸低速运行平稳可靠。研究表明,通过优化系统参数可有效避免爬行现象,从而确保了不同弯曲半径和弯曲角度的大口径弯管的质量高水平。
In order to avoid the vibration and wrinkling phenomenon which was caused by crawling phenomenon while the pipe bending machine in bending process. From the system itself, the crawling mechanism of hydraulic cylinder was analyzed and the maximum crawling critical velocity of bending machine hydrau- lic drive system was calculated. The effects which different parameters on bending machine hydraulic drive system was analyzed, and the new working parameters was combed to keep the low -speed cylin- der stable and reliable. The research proves that the crawling phenomenon can be avoided by optimizing the system parameters, thereby the high level large diameter bender quality of the bending radius and bending angle can be ensured.
