摘要
箱梁预制节段拼装施工技术、体外预应力技术和先进架桥设备技术的完善和标准化,使我国箱梁预制节段拼装施工技术得到快速发展。以苏通大桥75 m预应力混凝土连续梁箱梁预制吊装施工为例,对预制节段吊装进行受力分析。将吊装过程分为加速阶段、减速阶段、平稳阶段,重点研究加速阶段与平稳阶段的吊点应力,得出吊点应力随起吊加速度变化的规律。
Perfection and standardization of construction technology for assembly of box girder precast segments, external prestressed technology and advanced bridging equipment technology enable quick development of construction technology for assembly of box girder precast segments in China. With precast and lifting construction of 75m continuous prestressed concrete box girders of Sutong Bridge as an example, this paper analyzes stress on lifting of precast segments. The paper divides the lifting process into acceleration stage, deceleration stage and steady stage and puts emphasis on study of lifting point stress at acceleration stage and steady stage to obtain the law of change of lifting point stress with lifting acceleration.
