摘要
预制装配式综合管廊的预制板吊装计算时需确定其动力系数。对实际足尺预制板在吊装过程中的动力响应开展了试验研究,进行了动力系数的测定。有限元动力分析表明,对于该长宽比大于2.0的预制板,其1阶竖弯模态和具有弹性支座的欧拉梁一阶模态相似。采用该欧拉梁和瑞利法,提出了预制板吊装时的频率及动力系数的简化估算方法。理论计算结果和试验值进行了比较,两者吻合良好。
It is necessary to determine the dynamic coefficient of precast slab of underground utility tunnels in hoisting.The dynamic response of the actual full-length prefabricated slab during hoisting process is experimentally studied and the dynamic coefficient is measured.The finite element dynamic analysis shows that for the precast slab with the aspect ratio greater than 2.0,the first mode having vertical bending shape is similar to the first mode of an Euler beam with elastic supports.Using the Euler beam and Rayleigh method,a simplified method estimating the frequency and dynamic coefficient of prefabricated slab is proposed.The theoretical calculation results and the experimental values are compared,and they agree well with each other.
