摘要
公路规划过程中会综合现场实际地形地貌、构筑物及国家法规、规范的有关规定对公路线形进行设计,通常会运用连续特殊曲线来实现整体规划构思,而公路曲线桥在梁板预制过程中,边梁外悬臂曲线线形控制一直是工程人心中的难点和痛点,因此,研究公路曲线桥边梁预制施工技术迫在眉睫,此技术需要在传统边梁预制施工基础上,克服钢模板在翼缘板处曲线不顺直、曲线变折线等带来的预制梁外观质量较差、需要进行二次修复的问题。此项技术的综合研究有助于在施工中确保预制梁在翼缘板处设计弧度,提高预制梁细部外观质量。
Highway planning will be integrated in the process of actual landform,structures and the national laws and regulations,the relevant provisions of the specification for highway alignment design,often used for special curve to achieve the overall planning idea,and highway bridge curve in the process of precast beam slab,beam cantilever curve linear control has been the engineering of the difficulty and pain points,therefore,It is extremely urgent to study the precast construction technology of side beams of curved highway Bridges.Based on the traditional precast construction of side beams,this technology needs to overcome the problems of poor appearance quality of precast beams caused by the uneven curve of steel formwork at flange plate and curve deflection,and the need for secondary repair.The comprehensive research of this technology is helpful to ensure the design radian of precast beam at flange plate and improve the appearance quality of precast beam.
