摘要 节段预制拼装施工技术在促进桥梁建设绿色、低碳和可持续发展方面具有重要的意义。为扩大节段预制拼装技术应用范围,需对其进行进一步研究与改进。根据国内外节段预制拼装桥梁研究成果,阐述桥梁的整体性能评估、接缝设计、施工关键技术和仿真分析等方面研究进展,存在结构胶老化和胶-混界面老化,键齿剪应力分布不均,接缝在弯曲及弯剪复合作用下的力学性能研究不足,缺少节段预制桥梁施工技术相关原理理论研究,全过程施工结构模拟与仿真分析研究较少等问题。针对节段预制桥梁技术研究存在的问题,在未来需进一步完善节段预制拼装桥梁相关理论研究;制定节段预制桥梁相应规范;加大对设计及施工关键技术研究;加强信息化管理,实现全生命周期发展等。 The construction technology of precast segment is of great significance in promoting green,low-carbon and sustainable development of bridge construction.In order to expand the application range of segmental prefabrication technology,it needs to be further researched and improved.According to the research results of prefabricated and assembled bridges at home and abroad,the research progresses of the overall performance evaluation of the bridge,joint design,key construction technology and simulation analysis are reviewed.The results show that researches are insufficient on such problems as structural adhesive aging and adhesive-concrete interface aging,uneven distribution of shear stress of key teeth,mechanical properties of joints under the combined action of bending,bending and shearing;researches are absent on the theory related to segmental precast bridge construction technology;and researches are few on the whole process of construction structure simulation and simulation analysis.In view of the problems existing in the research on segmental precast bridge technology,it is necessary to further improve the theoretical research on segmental precast bridge,formulate corresponding specifications,increase the research on key technology in design and construction,strengthen information management and realize the development of the whole life cycle,etc.
