摘要
在总结矿物加工专业"工程型人才"培养普遍存在问题的基础上,以列入第二批卓越工程师教育培养计划高校之一的西安科技大学为例,探讨矿物加工工程专业卓越工程师教育培养机制建立的思路与方案,通过拟定科学可行的卓越工程师人才培养方案、培养一批有工程和国际背景的教师、融合一批有责任意识的企业等方面的探索,为矿物加工工程专业实施卓越工程师教育培养计划提供理论与实践基础。
Based on the summary of common problems existing in "engineering talents" cultivation of mineral processing major, we take Xian University of Science and Technology as an example. This program has been included in the second list of Excellent Engineers Education and Training Program in colleges and universities. It includes discussion of the thoughts and programs on the establishment of education and training mechanism for excellent engineers majoring in mineral processing engineering. This discussion provides a theoretical and practical foundation for the mineral processing engineering major participating in an excellent program.
