摘要
公平与效率仿佛总是背道而驰,多元化管理的研究进展成为这句话的一个注解。文章对相关研究进行了纵向梳理,归纳了基于不同理论背景的多元化管理研究的三种框架,分别是制度导向的框架、战略导向的框架和关系导向的框架,这在跨文化和多元化已成为常态化的今天,为我国组织的人力资源管理理论与实践的创新提供了新的思路。文章对这三种框架进行了比较分析并展望了未来的研究方向。
Fairness and efficiency always seem to draw further apart, which can be demonstrated by the research progress of diversity management. The paper makes a longitudinal review of related research, and sums up the three research frameworks on diversity management based on different theoretical backgrounds. They are the frameworks of institution-oriented, strate-gy-orientated, relation-oriented respectively. In today’s situation that cross-culture and diversification become normal, the paper provides a new idea for our organizations toward human resources management innovation both theoretical and practical. It also makes a comparative study and a prospect of future research directions on the three frameworks.
