摘要
随着经济全球化和信息化发展步伐的加快,企业经济业务的分类日趋细化,管理难度也在逐渐加大,企业,尤其是集团化企业的财务管理呈现多元化的管理要求。联系项目和项目管理的特点,探索了财务管理方法的改进以适应财务管理环境的变化。
Along with the rapid development of the economic globalization and the informatization, the classification of enterprise's economic business is being refined day by day, and the degree of the difficulty of the management is increased gradually, the financial management of the enterprise, especially the enterprise group puts forward the requirement of multivariant management. Connecting with the project and the features of the project management, this paper probes into the improvement of the financial management method for fitting in with the variation of the financial management environment.
