摘要
根据蜗杆砂轮磨削加工斜齿轮的实际过程,建立了修形斜齿轮齿面及齿根过渡曲面参数化数学模型。通过对蜗杆砂轮齿廓进行修整,可得到斜齿轮齿廓修形后各截面的齿廓;通过改变蜗杆砂轮运动时径向的进给量,可得到斜齿轮齿向修形后各截面的齿廓;利用VS 2008编程计算斜齿轮齿面及齿根曲面方程以及完成软件界面的设计,并通过一个算例说明该设计方法可以实现斜齿轮的参数化建模。
According to the actual process of worm grinding wheel forming helical gear, the pa- rameter mathematics model of the surface of helical gear and fillet is established. The helical gear tooth profile modification curve is achieved by modifying the profile of worm grinding wheel. By controlling the cutter radical feeding, the tooth profile of helical gear axial modification is achieved. By using VS 2008 programming, the calculation of gear tooth surface, tooth root surface equation and the software interface design is accomplished. The feasibility of the design method is illustrated with an example.
