摘要
本文从切齿原理出发,根据啮合原理,分别推导了直齿圆锥齿轮齿面和齿根过渡曲面的参数方程,为精确研究齿面的几何性质,提高轮齿变形和强度分析的精度提供了理论依据。
On the basis of machining method and gearing theory,the tooth flank equation and the fillet equation of straight bevel gear are developed, which could be the theoretical basis for the accurate study of the geometrical properties of flank and tooth deformation and strength calculation of straight bevel gear.
