新型软启动行星减速器结构分析

摘要 软启动技术主要是指机械系统在满载的状况下能够按照要求解决整个系统的惯性并且平稳地启动或停车,以缓解电动机对机械传动系统和运输带的启动冲击,延长各个部件的使用寿命。利用汽车差速器结构特点和工作原理对软启动传动机构中行星轮系进行了结构优化设计,并通过ANSYS软件分析方法对锥齿轮啮合部分进行了弯曲应力分析,满足生产要求。 The soft start technology mainly refers to a mechanical system, which is able to solve the inertia of the whole system, and start or stop smoothly as requested in full load condition.The soft start device can alleviate the impact brought by electromotor on the mechanical transmission system and conveyor belt during the starting process, and prolong the service life of the parts.Combining structural characteristics and working principle of automobile differential mechanism, an optimization design was carried out on the planetary gear train in this paper.Bend stress analysis using ANSYS software shows that the soft start reducer can meet the production requirement well.
