摘要
将Pro/E三维建模软件和ADAMS动力学仿真软件相结合,以标准渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为例,进行了齿轮啮合的精确动力学仿真。通过Pro/E二次开发,实现了基于标准渐开线方程和过渡曲线方程的齿轮精确参数化建模。基于多体动力学的接触碰撞算法,利用ADAMS软件实现了齿轮啮合的动力学仿真。通过这种建模设计和动力学仿真方法,最大限度地将问题解决在设计阶段,节省设计经费,缩短设计周期。
An exact dynamic simulation of the gear mesh has come ture based on the advantage of Pro/E and ADAMS, taking the standard involute right tooth columnar gear as an example. By means of the Pro/E's secondary development,a 3D para metric gear modle based upon the standard involute equation and the transition curve equation is established. Through the contact impact arithmetic theory of multi - body dynamics and ADAMS, the dynamic simulation of the gear mesh is specified. At last, a modling design and dynamic simulation method is brought forward, which can economize the design fare and shorten the design time.
