摘要 针对直齿圆锥齿轮实体造型的独特性,运用CATIA三维建模软件,结合直齿圆锥齿轮齿廓球面渐开线方程,建立了直齿锥齿轮基于特征的参数化模型。通过CATIA与ADAMS之间的无缝接口程序SimDesigner,实现了在ADAMS环境中锥齿轮啮合动力学仿真,并对动态啮合过程中输入、输出轴转速及啮合力变化规律进行了研究。通过分析仿真结果,得到了与理论计算相吻合的数据,验证了锥齿轮参数化模型建立的合理性和正确性。 According to the uniqueness of straight bevel gear solid modeling,by using three-dimensional modeling software of the CATIA,combined with straight bevel gear tooth profile equation of spherical involute,the straight bevel gear parameterization model base on feature is established.By the seamless interface program SimDesigner between CATIA and ADAMS,bevel gear meshing dynamics simulation are achieved based on ADAMS and variation of rotational speeds of the input-output shafts and meshing force is studied.Through analysis,good coincidence between simulation results and theoretical calculation of the date verified that the bevel gears parametric modeling is reasonable and correct.
