摘要
运用CATIA V5知识工程模块,结合齿轮齿廓渐开线方程,针对直齿圆柱齿轮的齿形实体特点,建立某减速器齿轮基于特征的参数化模型。运用UG软件将模型数据转换为parasolid格式并导入ADAMS中,建立齿轮传动系统的动力学模型。仿真计算结果与理论计算值基本吻合,验证了齿轮参数化建模、虚拟装配及动力学模型的合理性。
Using the CATIA V5 knowledge engineering module, combined with the gear tooth profile equation, and aiming at features of the entity of spur gear, the parametric model of afeature-based gear reducer is established in this paper. Using the UG software to transform the model parameters into the parasolid format and input it into ADAMS, the dynamic model of the gear transmission system is set up. The simulation result basically matches with that of theoretical result, which tests the reasonableness of the gear parametric modeling, virtual assembly and dynamic model.
