摘要
用展成方法磨削修形圆柱齿轮时,通常采用专用的金刚轮对蜗杆砂轮的齿廓进行修整,齿轮修形参数不同,所采用的金刚轮也不同。采用一种外圆带圆弧的通用金刚轮作为修整刀具,可对不同齿廓参数的蜗杆砂轮进行修整,并对金刚轮的修整轨迹进行了规划。在VERICUT中建立了蜗杆砂轮的修整机床模型,对蜗杆砂轮的修整过程进行了仿真加工。最后进行了修形齿轮的磨削加工试验,通过对加工后的齿轮齿面的测量,验证了蜗杆砂轮修整方法的正确性和可行性。
While generating grinding the modification cylindrical gear,the special diamond wheel is used as a tool to dress the tooth profile of worm grinding usually.The diamond wheel is selected according to the different modification parameters of gear.The diamond wheel with arch edge is used as dressing tool for worm grinding wheels with different profile parameters.The dressing route of the diamond wheel is planned.The machine tool model for dressing worm grinding wheel is established in VERICUT,and the dressing simulation is proceeded also.In the end,the grinding experiments of modification gear and the gear surface measurement are carried out,which illustrated that the dressing method for worm grinding wheel is correct and feasible.
