摘要
从对成人学生的心理特点入手 ,概括了四个特点 ,继而从外部和内部学习动机两个层面 ,剖析学生学习动机产生的思想基础和社会根源。全面阐述如何正确引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观 。
Four characteristics are drawn out from the perspective of psychological features of adult learners.And then the psychological basis and social roots are analyzed from the angles of external and internal motivation of learning.A thorough illustration is given on how to direct the students to erect correct sense of life and values so as to contribute to the formation of their learning mechanism. [
