摘要
通过分析个性化需求与传统需求下模具的不同要求,提出了模具的绿色设计是应对个性化需求的必然选择。以摩托车塑料零件为例,依托RE、CAE等集成技术,详细说明了个性化需求下塑料模具绿色设计的路径和方法。
By analyzing the different mold requirements of individual needs and conventional needs, inevitable choice of plastic mold green design for the individual product needs was proposed. For example of motorcycle plastic parts, based on integration technology of RE and CAE,et al,the path and methods of plastic mold green design for the individual needs was illustrated in detail.
