摘要
采用Moldflow Plastic Insight(MPI)软件对一模两腔塑料齿轮的填充过程进行模拟分析,得到填充不平衡的原因,并采用两级点浇口浇注系统解决了填充的不平衡,最后根据分析结果设计了塑料齿轮四板模并阐述了模具的开模过程。
The filling process of plastic gear was simulated using Moldflow Plastic Insight (MPI) software. The cause for the unbalancing filling was achieved. The feeding system with two-stage pin-point gate was used to solve the unbalancing filling problem. The four-plate injection mold for the plastic gear was designed according to the analyzing results and the working process was illustrated at the same time.
