摘要
给出一种基于流动模拟的多型腔注塑模流动平衡计算方法 ,在流道和型腔布置确定后 ,根据流动模拟的结果 ,通过迭代调整流道和浇口尺寸 ,自动实现非平衡布置多型腔注塑模的流动平衡。利用数值模拟试验研究了注射时间、料温和模温等成型条件变化对流动平衡的影响 ,结果表明 。
A method for automatical balancing multi-cavity injection molds is presented with the aid of flow simulation. After the runner and cavity layouts are designed, the runner and gate sizes are adjusted iteratively based on the flow simulation results to make each cavity fill up automatically at the same time under the same pressure. Numerical simulation test is used to study the effects of fill time, injection temperature and mold temperature on the flow balance. The result shows that fill time has a significant impact on the flow balance.
