介绍了模内贴标成型工艺技术原理和应用,根据实际产品的设计经验,提出了模内贴标工艺在塑料产品应用过程中需要控制的工艺要点和模内贴标塑料模具的特点及其产品设计的一般原则;分析了模内贴标产品的常见缺陷,并给出了改善措施。
The technical principle and application of in-mold labeling （IML） are introduced. Based on the experience of IML part design, the critical points of IML in the application to plastics part and the characteristics of IML plastic mold, as well as the general principles for IML part design, are described.
