摘要
以吹塑模内贴标工艺为研究对象,分别介绍了吹塑工艺和模内贴标工艺的原理、流程及其实现过程,在详细分析了吹塑模内贴标工艺各个影响项目的基础上,探讨了在生产过程中经常出现的工艺问题,研究了其起因、产生过程以及它们之间的关系和影响,提出了相对应的解决措施,对充分了解和掌握吹塑模内贴标工艺有很大帮助。
To the blow molding mould labeling craft as the research object,the paper respectively introduced the principle,flow and realization process of the blow molding craft and mold labeling craft,on the foundation of a detailed analysis of each influence project of the blow molding mould labeling craft,discussed the craft problems that often appear in the production process,esearched its causes,process of producing and the relationship and influence between them,put forward the corresponding solution measures.The paper has very great help to fully understand and master of the blow molding mould labeling craft.
