摘要
在对吹塑机的工作原理和工艺控制过程进行详细分析的基础上,通过采用由三菱PLC所组成的控制线路,设计出了详细的硬件和软件实现方案。实践证明,该控制方案经济可行,控制线路简单,能有效实现和提高机器的控制性能,在实际生产中具有广泛应用的价值。
The principles and the craft controlled process of blow molding machines were analyzed in detail. The control line composed hy Mitsubishi PLC was used to design realization plan of the detailed hardware and the software. It is proved that this control plan with lower cost and simple control line can realize and enhance the control performance. It has the widespread application value in the actual production.
