摘要
结合汽车IMD仪表板右装饰面板的实际生产要求,针对汽车内饰注塑件以及模内装饰的工艺特点,对成型模具的流道系统、排气与抽真空结构、压膜边框和密封结构、脱模机构、冷却系统进行了设计,并通过对制品的CAE工艺分析和模具实际检验进行了设计验证,较好地解决了由于产品面积较大、表面起伏明显、高度落差大所造成的压边不完全、薄膜贴覆型腔不均匀平整等问题。
According to characteristics of interior plastic parts and the IMD(In Mold Decoration) process, the IMD mould for a dashboard right panel of an automobile is designed, including the runner system, the exhaust system, the film location system and the seal structure, the demoulding system, and the cooling system, The design is validated by the CAE analysis and the real mould injection, The problems of bad film location and film wrinkle caused by larger product area, surface fluctuation, and height difference are solved,
